Overview
1-year Updates/Support Renew activation prolongs the free support/updates period for 1 year.
It is intended for Infinity-Box/Dongle / CDMA / BEST Dongle (with Chinese Miracle-2 Activation Included).
Note! Please check if you have Chinese Miracle-2 Activation before the order update/support renewal!
The new updates/support policy is related to Main Infinity-Box/Dongle owners only, other Infinity-Box/Dongle users will remain on the old update/support policy.
Updates/Support Period:
Starts from the date of the initial registration procedure (first smartcard upgrade).
Users can see the actual Account Expiration Date in Online Service or in the Support/Download area.
Where to Find Serial Number?
PLEASE NOTE that you should provide the correct card SN while placing an order. Card SN can be read with Dongle Manager software and should be in 8-digit HEX format.
You can find the serial number using Dongle Manager software
How to Activate:
- When your order is completed, we will send a notification to your email.
- Then update your Box/Dongle firmware using Dongle Manager software
- Support area access will be activated in several hours.

Detailed information on the further use of the digital product will be sent to your email, specified during registration, when we confirm your payment and process your order.
